Estate Sales   This includes, but is not limited to: a professional appraisal of all items, advertisement and promotion, set-up and execution of actual sale, detailed listing of inventory and prices for personal records, removal of sold items, sale of items to outside vendors and provision of written contract.   Rate for an Estate Sale is 25% of total receipts.

Lecture Programs   An event like this usually includes a discussion of what attributes one should look for in an item to determine its worth as an antique. It also includes a brief lecture on the general history of antiques and collectibles.
